Buyer guidance: seller terms apply. petvori is a search directory. It does not sell animals, accept payment, fulfill orders, or set refund or live-arrival terms. Refunds, cancellations, shipping claims, and live-arrival guarantees are governed by the independent seller or marketplace. The information below is general guidance for reviewing and pursuing those third-party policies.
Refunds come from the seller
Because petvori does not take payment or fulfill orders, it cannot issue transaction refunds. Review the independent seller’s refund, cancellation, and dead-on-arrival terms before purchasing.
If something goes wrong
- Contact the seller through the channel shown on the original order.
- Meet any time-sensitive photo, video, packaging, or delivery-record requirements.
- If needed, use the dispute process offered by your payment provider or marketplace.
Incorrect directory information
You may report a stale or misleading petvori entry through the listing or contact page. Correcting directory data is separate from resolving a purchase.
