Seller terms control

petvori does not pack, ship, insure, or track animals. The independent seller’s current shipping policy and carrier arrangement govern any purchase.

Before paying

• Confirm the carrier, service level, ship date, delivery window, and who bears delay risk.
• Ask how weather, insulation, heat or cold packs, and hold-for-pickup are handled.
• Confirm destination restrictions, permits, and whether a licensed transshipper is required.

On delivery

Be present when possible and follow the seller’s evidence and notification deadlines. Keep packaging and photograph the unopened bag if a seller’s live-arrival policy requires it.
